Talent Acquisition is essential to our rapid growth

Our recruiting team is spread across 5 countries in Asia Pacific and Europe and is the foundation of our company’s growth. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with teammates across time zones and hunt and search for candidates in multiple regions. Our hiring managers are fully committed to partnering with talent acquisition to reach our ambitious hiring goals.

Role Responsibilities

  • Find candidates:
    • Sourcing through a variety of channels, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, personal network, referrals and paid advertising (google ads)
    • Expanding your network and attending career and industry events and engaging relevant organizations
    • Creating and executing sourcing strategies to ensure strong pipelines of candidates are always available
  • Partner with hiring managers:
    • Understand their hiring plans and the requirements of individual job openings
    • Improve job descriptions and make them appealing and attractive to candidates
    • Create scorecards and interview test plans in the ATS
  • Drive recruitment process:
    • Conducting phone screens to evaluate candidates’ culture and role fit
    • Analyzing recruitment data and making recommendations to hiring managers on how to optimize their interview funnels
    • Maintaining ongoing communication with stakeholders to ensure necessary information is being shared throughout the process
    • Ensuring data accuracy in our ATS
  • Create an excellent candidate experience:
    • Responding to candidate applications within team SLAs
    • Providing reasonable feedback in a timely manner to keep candidates engaged
    • Leaving candidates with a positive impression of the company no matter the end result
  • Contribute to our employer brand:
    • Ensuring a consistent and professional brand is maintained across public facing recruitment media and websites
    • Making our brand visible through frequent job updates on LinkedIn and other social media

Role Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Previous experience hiring for tech related roles such as developers, software engineers, product managers, product owners, data, UX/UI, cybersecurity and IT is an advantage
  • 4+ years of recruitment experience with a mix of in-house and agency experience is ideal
  • Highly organized with exceptional prioritization skills
  • Confident with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Data driven and persuasive
