We’re looking for a talented marketing professional to help grow our in-house influencer and creator marketing efforts. We work with some of the biggest names in the industry, and our ads are heard and watched by over 60 million people around the globe each month. This position is in the newest and fastest growing area of our team. You’ll get to make an immediate impact on sales, drive positive brand exposure, and create exciting new opportunities across online platforms like YouTube, Tik Tok, Twitch, and more!

What you’ll be doing (responsibilities)

  • Manage a portion of the Paid Media budget
  • Manage a team of four and drive their skill development plans, create growth paths, and provide a bridge to upper management
  • Hold your team accountable to their goals, personal targets, and departmental OKRs
  • Drive the success of our creator marketing efforts, as measured by sales revenue
  • Build out processes that help the team scale their activities and reduce inefficiencies
  • Actively analyze new sales opportunities to create new revenue streams and make decisions based on data
  • Build an outreach strategy for the team to create new sales opportunities and paid endorsement relationships
  • Ensure and facilitate brand information flow between the team and other teams within the company
  • Help provide guidance on negotiations for new and existing opportunities, and directly handle larger/more complex deals 
  • Help scale our efforts across all languages with powerful tools that we use to scour the internet for top talent
  • Manage inbound inquiries to create new sales opportunities and potential paid endorsement relationships

What you’ll need to succeed (role requirements)

  • A strong marketing mindset: You have a knack for knowing what sells to a wide range of consumers across genres and geos
  • Good common sense: You can take data and create meaningful insights
  • Creativity and a keen ability to think outside the box
  • Minimum 2 years of managerial experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You’re analytical and data-driven
  • Resilience: You’re not easily dissuaded and are willing to learn through trial-and-error
  • You’re good at giving and receiving constructive feedback
  • You’re able to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and to push through projects to achieve departmental goals
  • You possess a strong attention to detail

Nice skills to have, but not required (if any)

  • Media buying experience or experience in a performance driven role
