We are a global technology company with millions of customers worldwide. We’re looking for a talented Content Strategist to join our dynamic marketing operations. As a key contributor on our fast-growing Brand team, you will work closely with SEO strategists, designers, product marketers, and UX specialists to plan, draft, and execute eye-catching content—including blog posts, videos, social media, and display ads—to drive brand awareness and equity.   1. Help develop brand messages and stories, drawing from market research and user insights
  2. Ideate, write, and optimize content for key brand touchpoints including our website, product, socials, static ads, and more
  3. Help plan the look and feel of those pages, including verbal identity, images, and other media, in concert with our in-house video and graphics experts
  4. Contribute copywriting for integrated campaigns that drive brand awareness
  5. Convey sometimes technically complex topics in a way that’s clear, compelling, and accessible for everyday consumers
  6. Deliver world-class content by working across teams (PR, SEO, advertising, bloggers, product managers, affiliates)

  • Quality and speed of project delivery
  • Engagement generated by social posts and newsletters

Ideal skills and experience  

  1. Fluent or native English speaker
  2. Superb writing skills
  3. Adaptable writing style, able to effectively target a wide range of audiences across touchpoints
  4. Experience translating user insights and business priorities into impactful copy
  5. Ability to take technical concepts and make them easy for laypeople to understand with clear, concise, and accurate writing
  6. Experience collaborating closely with product, design, UX, SEO, and other teams
  7. Comfortable working independently, with good organizational and time-management skills
  8. Knowledge of web traffic metrics and experience using Google Analytics

Optional skills and experience (Nice-to-haves)

  1. Interest in internet security, privacy, and tech (general)
  2. Experience with brand marketing, including insights, identity, or governance
  3. Experience writing on tech topics
  4. Experience with email marketing or customer lifecycle communications
